Luke 7:36-49 - Poem

Luke 7:36-49
by Sarah Faith
With tears that stain
her heart of shame
she brought to Him
her most precious thing

She entered in
to the screaming sound
of judging eyes
with faith most profound.

With submissive air
and in no way proud
this darling girl
poured her whole life out.

Though battered and broken
within her sin
deeply she loved
and much was forgiv`n.
