Time to Let it Go
by Sarah Faith
Again my eyes beheld
the changing season scene
where once the burst of death
colored each leaf with a scream.
Quietly the trees resolve
each letting their own go
submitting to the Lord the old
so something new can grow.
Though the visible exclaims
a normal, boring gray
It obediently vacates
so transform inside, it may.
One day yes, in His time
the season next, comes soon
time's up in hope's deferring
roots deep in love, she'll bloom.

beautiful :)
